Package: chromium
Version: 35.0.1916.114-1~deb7u2 and 35.0.1916.153-1~deb7u1
After upgrade to 35.. Chromium has started to ignore the input language shift
and writes only in Latin letters, regardless of its language and input
settings. As of Cyrillic alphabet this problem has been confirmed by other
Debian users. Text in Cyrillic, written by other applications, can only be
pasted, not typed, in Chromium and thus the spellchecker set in such language
continues to work properly
I use Debian GNU/Linux 7.5 (wheezy) 3.2.0-4-686-pae SMP Debian
3.2.57-3+deb7u2 i686
