I had a quick look at the upstream site, and it looks like the latest version of the bindings is 5.0; this is probably closer to 5.4. From 5.0 to 5.4 there were a bunch of symbols added, but only one deleted. Maybe someone (TM) could prod hs-bibutils upstream to update the bindings for bibutils 5.4.
