exim4 is (AFAIK) the only commonly-used mailer which doesn't support MDN
(RFC 2298, Message Disposition Notification).
It's also a very good idea because most mailers allows messages returned
in this way to be re-sent without the user having to edit them.
NB, the Sieve standard also requires RFC 2298 if message rejection is
supported. (Exim4 currently doesn't, probably for exactly this reason,
but that is a different wishlist bug.)
