When using the full-screen view, the document cannot be fitted to the full
screen, because there is no keyboard shortcut or context menu for that. The
irony is that in normal document view, there IS a menu option called "Fit
to Screen"; the only problem is that the option cannot be accessed in
full-screen mode. It would be desirable for upstream to fix this.
