It depends on the package "kaptain", which is about to be removed from the archive as well. The reason is that kaptain still uses Qt4 and cannot be ported easily to Qt5. Moreover, kaptain is no longer maintained upstream. See bug #789819 for details. If you don't have the time, I'll upload an NMU of axel which removes the package axel-kapt in a few weeks.
