"top -U <username>" says "top: unknow argument 'E'" or some other thing when
<username> exists. Also, "top -U" without <username>" says "-u missing
name". Once this occurs with "-u" argument, but it has been fixed in bug
571790 . Problem with "-U" still exists. I have created a patch for it using
quilt.

This has been fixed in upstream 3.3.0 (a long time ago),just catching
up on bugs.
