The package openturns requires about 1GB RAM to build correctly, and
should be blacklisted on buildds with less memory (say, rem, for
example). As recently I've asked wanna-build team for a give-back of
the package on mipsel, it would be great to avoid bothering people
again.

The package has now been blacklisted on mayer.debian.org and
eysler.debian.org, which only have 1GB RAM. All the others mipsel
buildds have 4 or 8GB RAM.
I am therefore closing the bug.
