The guvcview manpage lists more options than guvcview itself reports
from the command line. When attempting to use them guvcview reports that
this is an unknown option and prints the help text.
E.g. guvcview --add_ctrls

Note the manpage says -a is equivalent to --add_ctrls, and doesn't list
--audio. The date at the bottom of the manpage is Aug 2009, so I assume
the manpage is simply very out of date.
