A giant ABI transition involving around 3000 packages and up to 300
smaller transitions has been going on for around a month so far, and
will likely take weeks to resolve. The suite is called "unstable" for a
reason. I recommend sticking to stretch (testing) until the libstdc++
transition finishes.

<https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2015/08/msg00000.html>

Closing as not-a-bug; there is nothing individual package maintainers
can do about this, other than helping to get through the transition.
