Subject: w3-el-e21: http authentication keeps prompting for username

Package: w3-el-e21
Version: 4.0pre.2001.10.27-4
Severity: important

W3 no longer appears to cache the http authentication information. I
am prompted for my username and password for each page visited even
when the page is within the same authentication relm.

This can be reproduced using webmin for example. The initial login
works fine, but re-appears each time you click on a link within
webmin. Most frustrating :)

Bart
