When I select "print" from the File menu, and choose to print to a file,
firefox only prints the first page (though it does a nice job of
printing that one page :-). The "select pages to print" part of the
print dialog box only shows page "1 through 1", so firefox apparently
also _thinks_ there's only one page, though the document is really much
longer.
Here's a sample web page I just tried which demonstrates the problem
(though this seems to happen with every web page I've tried to print):
