Package: libfreetype6
Version: 2.1.7-2.2
Severity: wishlist

Please consider creating a -dbg package, similar to how the X and GTK+
packages do. When debugging a typical GTK+ application freetype is the
only library which doesn't have a debug library available (making memory
allocation debugging harder).

There should be no further need for -dbg packages added on a
per-source-package basis, since Debian will soon have support for ddebs
automatically generated at build time.

So closing this bug as 'wontfix'.
