As discussed during DebConf and announced on the mailing list we'd like to open
the subscription process for debian-companies to not check for any criteria
anymore. So please open it up.
Note, though, that it still should *not* have a public archive.

done, even when I think a list with public subscriptions should have a public
archive. I am sure some unofficial archives will pop up in the future.
