the packages python-appconf and python3-appconf do not indicate that both
packages are to be used with Django. The upstream name is also
django-appconf and not appconf.
It would be nice to rename both packages to python-django-appconf and
python3-django-appconf to match the naming schemes of the other Django
packages in Debian.
