Dear FTP Masters,

Please remove kodi-dbg. I am the package maintainer.
Kodi debug packages are big and automatically generated debug packages
will provide a better alternative for handling debug symbols.

Already removed via automatic cruft removal. Generally filing bugs to request
removal of packages that are no longer built is not needed.
