Hi,

I do not see this problem and bug log upto #19 indicates there is no
issue on Debian.

I tried downloading zip with watch file in python-zope.browserpage
package and it nicely repackage zip file.

As for the odd #24 message, I think this is a user miss use issue.

Why use this.  I have no idea.

                                  ^^^^^^^
You are downloading and maching zip file. Besides, so called blocked bug
indicates Mathieu is not working on the affected package.
