Package: smtm
Version: 1.6.5
Severity: important

graphs/charts don't work. when right-click on a simbol, you get an
empty window and an error like:

Tk::Error: couldn't recognize image data at /usr/lib/perl5/Tk/Image.pm
line 21.
 Tk callback for image
  Tk::Image::new at /usr/lib/perl5/Tk/Image.pm line 21
   Tk::Image::__ANON__ at /usr/lib/perl5/Tk/Image.pm line 62
    main::view_image at /usr/bin/smtm line 957

i can see a workaround is reported here:
http://dirk.eddelbuettel.com/blog/2005/05/04/#smtm_charts_fix
but that is not a debian solution. as is, this package is almost
useless.

Install smtm_1.6.6 and will be fine as it pulls the now-required png facility
in as a Depends:.

Your version is simply too old and was designed _before Yahoo made that
change_.

We don't retrofit Debian stable unless we have security bugs. This isn't one.
