Package: ifupdown
Version: 0.6.4-3

If I have a script in if-up.d that runs "ifup tun0" when a non-{tun,lo}
interface is brought up then the ifup eth0 rewrites the ifstate file
after the script runs. This causes the tun0 interface to be up, but the
ifstate file doesn't know it.
