On a french laptop keybord the + sign is obained whith the combination
[shift]+[=].
On some circumptances (reopen kmail with global shortcut and unread mails are
in the current folder, new mails arrives in the current folder), when using
the shortcut "+" to go to the next unread mail, the previously opened mail and
the new are selected, using + shortcut add one more message in selection each
time it is used until the next message is in another folder or selection is
canceled by another action.
