Hi,
Whilst working on the "reproducible builds" effort [0], we noticed that
vowpal-wabbit could not be built reproducibly.
The attached patch removes randomness from the build system. Once
applied, vowpal-wabbit can be built reproducibly using our reproducible
toolchain.
