When I run JAP
http://anon.inf.tu-dresden.de/jap/JAP.jar
with jamvm the initial main window size is too small and
the "details" buttn and the proxy choosing don't work.
Other than that the program seems to work: If you configure it once
using blackdown's java you can run it with jamvm later.
