Lynx will render an <h1> tag to the left, like it normally would do with
<h2>, but only if the tags are inside a <div> tag.

Here's an example:

I guess you could read the HTML 3.2 spec to say that an alignment should
be assumed, but the HTML 4 spec contradicts that: "These elements define
content to be inline (SPAN) or block-level (DIV) but impose no other
presentational idioms on the content."

I think Lynx should ignore the <div> tag unless it specifies an
alignment.
