The python-shade source package has an invalid SCM URL pointing to
Debian subversion:

That directory does not exist.
It would probably be fine to upload the files to the git repository
under python-modules/packages/python-shade
Seems the documentation to create a new git is:

Using an alioth account that should be:
$ ssh git.debian.org
$ cd /git/python-modules
$ ./setup-repository python-shade "python-shade packaging"
$ exit
Then amend debian/control to point to the new git URL :-)
