Please allow comment lines in the FilterList and FilterSrcList file
format. dpkg --set-selections allows '#' as a character starting a
comment. It would be nice to also support this in reprepro.
I use filter lists to selectively update packages from 3rd party
repositories and want to add comments to keep track of why a package
was added to a filter list.
