This dummy package is present in sarge, etch and sid. =20
As this is a dummy transition-only package (for woody), is there
a reason why this package should still exist in the distribution?=20
Notice that we currently only support upgrade paths from stable=20
(currently sarge) to "new stable" (currently etch) and in both=20
these distributions this package is a dummy package. For more=20
information read the Release Notes [1].
If this package is no longer required, please ask for its removal by
reassigning this bug to ftp.debian.org or remove the package from
your control file in your next upload.=20

The mminstance dummy package was removed in the 2.35 package for
lcdf-typetools, which was never uploaded. It's still not there in
the 2.36-1 release, which is currently in both unstable and
testing.
