Package: vsftpd
Version: 2.3.5-3
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

Debian's vsftpd package does not support the local_charset option (and presumably other charset related options ?), it will fail to launch with "500 OOPS: unrecognised variable in config file: local_charset" error.

Regards,

Goulven.

Hello,

local_charset isn't supported by vsftpd.

This, and some other additions, are part of the outdated port[1].

The additions are not included at the last upstream release. So I close
this bug.
Thank you for spending your time helping to make Debian better with
this bug report.
