Hi,
I found a reference/call to dh_suidregister in texlive-bin[1]. Please
remove this call, so we can remove the obsolete tool in debhelper.
Alternatively, if this "inner" debian/rules file is not used during
the build, let me know and we will not block this bug.

This is up-upstreams debian/rules file that nobody uses.
I close this bug as this file is not used for building.
