Please compile Choqok with support for Message Indicators; there is a
plasma-widget-message-indicator package in Debian, and Choqok has
support for MI built-in, but apparently not compiled-in in Debian.

I'm afraid that I have to close this bug now. We where required to drop
libappindicator-qt from our build dependencies, see #811410.
I really don't know if the support was really there at some point :-/
