Package: xrdp
Severity: important
Version: 0.4.0~dfsg-4

Hi

I have experimented some with xrdp and I have determined that the
input system can hang on the server side. I have only used it with
Xvnc4, so it could be an vnc problem as well.

I'm not fully sure how to reproduce it but after some time,
(especially on slow connections?) the session hangs. However I can
launch new programs by setting proper DISPLAY variable so the
session is not fully hanged.

It do not help to close the connection and reconnect, so this is a
problem on server side.

I know that this is not really a good explanation, but it is the
best I can do now until I know how to reproduce this in a more reliable
way.

Best regards,

// Ola
