I permanently use pbuilder-user-mode-linux before upload packages in
debian. Sometimes changelog of package contains more than one change
sections. In these cases I have to add these sections into
package_*.changes by hand because options of dpkg-buildpackage/debuild/etc
like '-v0.1.0-1' are inaccessibly under pbuilder-uml.
Please add possibility entering options of dpkg-buildpackage when we
use pbuilder-uml.

pbuilder-uml is really not widely used. u-m-l is itself badly
maintained, and broken most of the time, at the point this afternoon I
filed RM bugs to have it completely removed from the archive.
After some consideration I came to the point removing pbuilder-uml was
the right choice. Since pbuilder-uml is not anymore a thing, I'm
closing related bugs.

or something.
