Hello Junichi,
I have had some troubles geting pbuilder-user-mode-linux to
run.
pbuilder-user-mode-linux create a file
~/.pbuilder-user-mode-linux/rootstrap.conf
but any changes to that file are ignored,
since rootstrap only read ./rootstrap.conf.
Also pbuilder-user-mode-linux should have
APTCACHEHARDLINK default to "no".
Anyway, pbuilder-user-mode-linux is a very nice tool, thanks to
have written it!

pbuilder-uml is really not widely used. u-m-l is itself badly
maintained, and broken most of the time, at the point this afternoon I
filed RM bugs to have it completely removed from the archive.
After some consideration I came to the point removing pbuilder-uml was
the right choice. Since pbuilder-uml is not anymore a thing, I'm
closing related bugs.
