Package: xchat
Version: 2.6.8-0.3
Severity: wishlist
Hello,
afaict xchat currently derives the dictionary to be used for
spellchecking from the locale. I am using LANG=de_AT.UTF-8 but not all
of the channels I am visiting are German speaking.
The spellchecker will underline every single word I type in the English
channels, since it cannot be found in the German dictionary. Afaict a
per-channel-setting would be needed.
thanks, cu andreas
