Package: xchat
Version: 2.8.4-2+b1
Severity: minor
(1) xchat does no longer show the status of an "away"-user in the userlist.
Usualy the colour
of a user is black, and it changes to grey if the user has set the "away"
status. Now, all
users are visible in black, regardless if they are away or not.
This problem is new in lenny, in etch it worked as designed. I attached two
screenshots, the
first one shows two users in the userlist (including the current) but the
status is not visible,
in the left lower corner of the application, as marked, the colour changed to
grey since the user
is away. The second screenshot shows how it shoud be (this taken from a
SuSE-installation) and
how it still was in etch.
I am not sure if it is a xchat problem or a problem of one of the shared
libraries.
(2) the xchat icon in the systray to minimize the application is not
transparent, it has a
white background.
