a lot of songs that i have do not have artist, albums, and songs 
properly capitalized.  it would be nice to have a button that says 
something like "Title-Case All Tags" under the "Edit Tags" dialog in 
order to quickly apply proper capitalization.  a similar option is 
available under "Tag by Filename," but that requires the user to 
properly set up a parser string.  if their goal is just capitalization, 
it would be a lot easier if there was a direct button.
