I rebuilt the package with DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=noopt, but it was still built with optimization enabled. Excerpt from the build log:

g++ -O -pipe -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE -DNDEBUG -D_REENTRANT
-DENV_UNIX -D_7ZIP_LARGE_PAGES -DBREAK_HANDLER -DUNICODE -D_UNICODE
-DENV_HAVE_GCCVISIBILITYPATCH -fvisibility=hidden -fvisibility-inlines-hidden
-c -I. -I../../../myWindows -I../../../ -I../../../include_windows
../../../myWindows/StdAfx.h -o StdAfx.h.gch
