Package: sl-modem-modules
Severity: wishlist

I did my best to purge the sl modem stuff, however on boot I see:
modprobe: FATAL: Could not open
'/lib/modules/2.6.12-1-686/misc/slamr.ko': No such file or directory

And then I even see:
     slamr: loaded successfully

Anyways, on purge perhaps tell the user what extra steps he needs to
take by hand to really clean up.

(I think putting a line in hotplug/blacklist might have fixed it.)

Well, reading module-assistant's manpage should help a lot, the command
is called "purge" for a reson ;-)

Further, the function you request is simply achieved running:

apt-get remove sl-modem-modules.*

Summary: RTFM m-a(8), apt-get(8). Closing the report.

Eduard.
