When I export as combined ps/latex or pdf/latex, things work fine.
However, when I export as combined ps/pdf/latex, the text that contains
the special flag is added to the tex file but not removed from the eps
and pdf files, so in the end I get the compiled and not compiled text on
top of each other in my document.

Thanks for reporting this issue.
In the meantime it was solve upstream in version 3.2.5c.
Sorry for checking and closing the bug report that late.
