Sorry, for the moment I can't check them out, but I am submitting this as a bug 
against apt-zip in
order not to forget about it. Depending on what apt-medium is about it could be 
a contrib tool or
maybe the offline support for apt-zip.

Thanks, and sorry for the superficial answer, I promise to take a through look 
over this at some
later moment (I am not promising any date, since I know myself too well :-D), 
but I will try to make
soem time for this.
