Hello,
I am using OOv2 in UTF-8 environment. Unfortunately, when I try to open
a file having an Umlaut (encoded in Latin1), it simply fails immediately
after displaying the splash screen and complains about not beeing able
to open to file. However, the filename in the error message is not the
same, the Umlaut char is replaced with a box.
