Sending a document via "Email as PDF" leaves an Icedove process open,
which hinders Icedove to start afterwards. This is replicable with all
different types of Openoffice files. No further errors found in logs -
the process is simply not closed. If Icedove is already open, no problem
- as it simply remains open after sending.
