Hi,

your package mysql-server-5.5 declares a versioned dependency on the
initscripts package. Most likely, it was added for the
/run-transition in wheezy. In any case, the dependency is provided by
a version older then what is provided by oldstable. It should
therefore be safe to drop this dependency. This way, users that don't
need the initscripts package can remove it on their systems.

Regards, Michael
