Hi,

The php team uploaded php7 to sid. While php5 is still there,
they mentioned, that it will probably be removed before stretch
is released [0].

Please update your php dependencies, so that phpqrcode does
no longer require php5, but can also be installed together
with php7 (I think php5 -> php and php5-gd -> php-gd should
be fine).
