Package: courier-imap-ssl
Version: 4.9.1-1+b1
Severity: important
The imapd-ssl and imapd sometimes close the connection or crash. This
seems to happpen particularly when fetching headers.
Debugging output, with "IMAPDEBUGFILE=debug.dat" set in
/etc/courier/imapd-ssl, is as follows:

Accessing the emails stored in the particular folder fails with gnus
as MTA, mutt can access them without problems. I´ve first encountered
this when accessing emails with my cellphone, so it seems to depend on
what client you´re using to access the emails.
The bug seems to have already been fixed, see [1]. Unfortunately, the
version in Debain is older.

I am closing all pre-wheezy bug reports and non-critical wheezy bug
reports. If you can reproduce the issue using jessie (or even better
current unstable), feel free to reopen the bug.
Cheers,
