Hey!

Since a recent update on my system, Grisbi is missing many icons in
its interface. Since Grisbi hasn't been updated itself, I suppose this
is one of the dependencies. For example, I have no icons for "New
transaction", "Delete", "Reconcile" and "Print". But I have an icon
for "Edit" and "View".

Sorry, I left an upgrade running unattended and it failed for an
unrelated reason. After resuming the upgrade, everything is fine.
