Version 0.23.2 is available upstream, and is needed to fix the FTBFS with
the latest version of python-pygit2, which I need to package in order to
fix the RC bug #796657.
I saw that in your Git, you already prepared version 0.23.1. What was
preventing you from uploading?
If you can't upload, please let me know, and I'll help (with NMU or
sponsoring).
Also, since pygit2 and libgit2 are really related, it'd be nice to
maintain them both in a single team, so that we can coordinate the
upload of both at the same time. Would you like to join the OpenStack
packaging team and maintain libgit2 there? Or shall we create a new team
for it? Anything which is ok to you will be ok for me, as long as we can
work in a better way, as a team.
