Package: tuxpaint
Version: 1:0.9.14-2
Severity: normal
I thought I found a bug in tuxpaint since I got the message:
You're already running a copy of Tux Paint!
even if no tuxpaint was runing.
I then downloaded the source code to correct the bug and found it was
not a bug but a feature documented in docs/FAQ.txt.
I propose to:
- include the docs/FAQ.txt in the tuxpaint package
- change the error message to be more explicit. Something like:
"You have already started tuxpaint less than 30 seconds ago.
To prevent multiple executions by mistake tuxpaint will not run
before the 30 seconds delay has elapsed.
You can also use the --nolockfile argument, see tuxpaint(1)."
Thanks,
