With this change mpv was added to the depends -
devede (3.23.0~ds1-4) unstable; urgency=low
* Replace mplayer with mpv in the Depends field.

However there is no way devede can work with mpv or even start if mplayer or
mplayer2 isn't installed.
Seeing as mpv is not a drop in replacement for mplayer/mplayer2 the depend
should not include mpv

devede now supports mpv.
