The man page of: makepage, says that the 'makepage' would parse the file
and generate XHTML. However, on command: makepage text.md nothing
happens.
The utility makepages works in 2 ways:
makepage < text.md
or
cat text.md | makepage
but not as:
makepage text.md
Either the utility shall be modified or man page for correct usage.
