Hi! While trying to fix #787746 I've seen that currently ball builds without
creating a full log, thus making things harder to debug in order to fix stuff.
You can solve this by switching to dh 9, it will detect CMake and do the right
thing.
Another option is to pass -DCMAKE_VERBOSE_MAKEFILE="ON" when calling CMake.
