Google bounces mail to [email protected] as spam and there is no
other contact address. So sending to the BTS:

rss2email has the potential of sending a lot of mail very fast.
This could trigger ISP alarms.
Therefore a DELAY_PER_MESSAGE=0 variable could be added.
E.g, DELAY_PER_MESSAGE=3 would mean "wait 3 seconds before sending each
message". Perhaps just call it DELAY.  Wget even has a --random-wait...

Thanks for your bug report.

It do not think that this is rss2email's area of responsibility: such
behaviour should probably be implemented in your MTA.
